The hotel not only offered free wi-fi in rooms, free toiletries, and an electric kettle but also had a fantastic dressing area that was a game-changer for getting ready in the mornings. the room was beautifully decorated with a carpeted floor that added a touch of luxury, and the heating was perfect for the chilly evenings. the staff went above and beyond to assist me in printing some tickets, making my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Reel for anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Kirkwall.
